How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

If you're requesting a HOLD, memberships will be placed on hold for a MAXIMUM of 3 months. Our system will automatically take your account off hold after the 3 months without any written notice, it is your responsibility to know the date your hold will be taken off. You may not cancel your membership while on HOLD.

If requesting to CANCEL, a 30 day notice before your next payment due is required along with an email informing of cancellation to alexciesanchez@fit4mom.com
