I’m Rayann, the lead mama here at Anaheim Hills- Orange.

Brief story on my journey to Fit4mom. I was pregnant in Clovis, Fresno county for the first half of my pregnancy. I moved to Santa Maria for the second portion and that is where I had my baby. I had no friends, family, coworkers or acquaintances out in both cities. I had my baby and I had a ton of questions since I was a new mom. As soon as I had clearance to workout again, I hired a personal trainer. The trainer immediately transferred me to another trainer since I had a cesarean surgery. The next trainer had me do a plank, 8 weeks after my surgery. I collapsed within seconds from attempting a plank position. That definitely triggered an emotional side since planks came easy to me in the past. We moved back to Orange county when my baby was 5 months old. I went back to my BootCamp gym and shortly realized the “No Pain, No Gain” is not appropriate for me at the time. My baby needed to be close to me and did not have patience being in one place/station for a whole hour. Shortly after, I found Fit4mom through a friend of a friend. I hesitated, especially after my plank experience, cesarean surgery and gaining 75 pounds being pregnant. I immediately thought, intense workout and I was not mentally prepared for that. Upon my first workout, I instantly fell in love with the Fit4mom Franchise! In fact before I purchased I tried all my 3 local surrounding Fit4moms. Headquarters of Fit4mom wants you to really love it before you purchase and picture yourself doing this. I contemplated from Last Aug 2023 to finally purchased in Jan 2024. My biggest regret was not finding this program sooner! We modify workouts and we create that network of moms for your support from pregnancy to all stages of motherhood. This current stage in our lives is short so why not enjoy this type of workout with our babies. The regular gym will always be there and I’m sure our kids won’t go to our daily workouts with us after these baby years
